What can Hypnosis do for you?

Hypnosis can be used to treat a wide variety of physical, mental and emotional conditions. More and more, hypnosis is being accepted and used in conjunction with conventional medicine as a highly useful tool to facilitate and maintain good health.

Hypnotherapy is a very effective way of helping people remove 'blockages' which are stopping them achieve their goals.

Your subconscious mind permanently stores everything you experience through your senses and a hypnotherapist can guide you using many different techniques into a level of relaxation to help you to remove all your negative thinking.

It is wonderful to be able to work through issues, seeing them from a better perspective, then reframing old negative situations into positive experiences.

During hypnosis you will be in control at all times and can come out of the altered state at any time in the same way one can snap out of a vivid daydream; in fact the hypnotic state can feel as if you are dreaming and is a natural form of consciousness which many people experience on a daily basis.

Each hypnotherapy session is tailored to your specific needs and problems. All this will discussed in order to decide upon the most appropriate mode of treatment.

You will then be relaxed into a hypnotic state whilst I use specific suggestions relating to the issue in hand.

When in hypnosis you will find your mind is active, and you will be able to resist suggestions if you so desire.

At the end of the session you will remember everything that has happened when you open your eyes. You will feel calm, relaxed, re-energised and full of confidence (as ego strengthening is an integral part of all hypnotherapy sessions).
